Avoid bedtime watching the mobile or TV, they are stimuli that hinder sleep.

9 limit salt and sugar: both tend to be very present in the diet. Recently who declined the recommendations of sugar in the diet? Oooh you should try the bicycle exercise. I'm sure you know what that is, but they say it's the MOST effective way to start showing your abs. Or, get an exercise ball and do crunches. They'll really, really help you show your abdominal muscles. Trust me,

I've used them [...Well the bicycle is most effective, so I've started to show a lot since I started doing it.] It'll take some time, I mean you won't see results in a few days..Maybe a couple of days. Okay, so what you do is start off doing 100 of them, by counting everytime your elbow reaches your knee.. Choosing the schedule

For those who are not familiar with the atmosphere of the gym, find some quiet time can be essential. For that we avoid rush hours. Early in the morning, around noon, and between five and seven in the afternoon are the busiest times, as they coincide with the free office hours. Avoid crowds reduces the intimidation of the environment.
