Many believe green tea and coffee, caffeine, effective means for weight loss. It does not support data from clinical trials. There is insufficient evidence that green tea promotes weight loss. Coffee may reduce the appetite a little, but significantly reduce the weight with it will not work. Caffeine should be ingested in moderation, so as not to cause nervousness, insomnia and high blood pressure.

Some dietary supplements and dietary supplements for weight loss include peel or orange extract. There is not enough scientific data to assess the effectiveness of the use of this fruit of the genus Citrus medical purposes. But it is known that bitter orange contains chemicals that increase and pressure can accelerate the heart rate. Cases have been registered when healthy people after taking the drugs containing bitter orange extract (sometimes in combination with caffeine), there were fainting, heart attack or stroke. The advertisement states that the body fat decreases with it, "while glucose is sent to the muscles." I would like to believe, but this study did not confirm . Chromium itself does not lead to weight loss.
